Bookings and Deposit
To confirm your Pamper Day, a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required. The
balance is due on the Pamper day itself. Payment can be made by any of the major credit cards,
cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to ' Jean at Beacon Hill '.
Arrival and Departure
Guests are asked to arrive at 9.00 am and the day will finish at about 4.30 pm.
Travel
If you are travelling from the south, take the A1 and follow the signs for Morpeth. Do not go
into Morpeth. North of Morpeth, take the A697 signposted to Coldstream. After half a mile, you
will pass Heighley Gate Garden Centre. Two hundred yards past the nurseries, take the road to
the left, signposted ' Beacon Hill '. It is very easy to overshoot this turn and end
up in Longhorsley! Once you have turned off, it is two and half miles to the farm. Follow the
signs. On arrival, take the second exit and park in the gravelled car park fifty yards on your
left. The Leisure Club is opposite, where we will be waiting to welcome you.
What To Wear
Guests need only dress casually. Bring swimwear and suitable clothing and footwear for the gym.
Robes, towels and slippers are provided.

Other Useful Information
While staff at Beacon Hill are qualified, they are not medically qualified. Any guest
with an existing medical condition must obtain approval from their GP prior to their visit.
Security lockers are provided. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to
guests or their property while at Beacon Hill.
Although Beacon Hill welcomes smokers, smoking is not allowed in any of the Leisure Club
facilities.
